Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Office Manager. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Compensation: Salary range $40,000 - $60,000 per year, plus commission/bonus potential.

About the Role:

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide recommendations tailored to their needs.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
