POSITION:
The primary responsibility of the Sales Associate is to represent VFit Group to prospective clients, attract new members, and finalize sales, which may include memberships, personal training sessions, educational programs, and retail products. In addition to onboarding new members, the Sales Associate is tasked with retaining existing clients by delivering exceptional customer service. While a background in fitness is advantageous, candidates with strong sales experience are encouraged to apply.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Outstanding sales, communication, and customer service abilities are essential.
- Results-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales targets across memberships, retail, personal training, and educational programs.
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize the Club Ready software system.
- Capability to stand or sit for extended periods during the workday.
- Strong auditory skills to comprehend conversations in person and over the phone.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Professional and effective communication skills with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent public speaking capabilities.
- Proficient computer skills are necessary.
- A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
- Implement the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
- Conduct studio tours while building rapport and identifying prospective members' needs.
- Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales performance.
- Highlight and reinforce the studio's objectives as a wellness provider.
- Present available services to current and prospective members.
- Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales goals.
- Engage in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events) to promote the studio.
- Take responsibility for enhancing selling skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- This role offers a competitive base salary.
