Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Behavioral Health Patient Service Representative to join our clinical care team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, interview and screen patients, and assist with issues and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide health insurance benefit information and assist patients with applications.
  • Conduct confidential interviews to assess financial standings and eligibility for Sliding Fee Scale programs.
  • Register patients, update records, and inform patients of services provided by CHSI.
  • Collect payments and reconcile daily cash reports.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Behavioral Health experience preferred.
  • Two or more years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certified Enrollment Counselor (CEC) required within 90 days of hire.
