Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care team at Del Sol Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process and collaborate with other members of the healthcare delivery team to deliver quality healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
- RN licensure in Texas or compact state.
- BCLS
- ACLS upon hire or transfer into unit (Exception: GN must obtain within six (6) months from date of hire or transfer into unit).
- Minimum College: Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN.
