About the Role
As a Progressive Care Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Collaborating with medical professionals, you will provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care while advocating for patients to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions upon admission and throughout each shift, promptly reporting any changes.
- Execute procedures as directed by medical providers.
- Accurately document care provided in the patient medical record.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment relevant to cardiac and medical-surgical care.
Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
