- Administer and monitor the effects of medications, treatments, and procedures performed on patients, ensuring their optimal care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, prioritizing patient-centered care.
- Participate in quality improvement activities, contributing to the continuous enhancement of patient care and services.
- RN licensed in the State of Texas/Compact.
- BCLS certified.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Associates Degree or BSN.
- Critical Care Background.
- Dysrhythmia Recognition.
- Proficiency in EKGs.
