Position Overview

This role presents a unique opportunity to engage with a specialized program aimed at supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. As a SEMH Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with educational staff to deliver personalized assistance and educational strategies tailored to the needs of these students.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Possess a relevant Level 3 qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in SEMH, social care, or mental health environments
  • Achieved a minimum of GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Mathematics or English
  • Familiarity with the SEND Code of Practice for ages 0-25
  • Proven ability to lead a team in supporting children with SEMH needs
  • Capable of inspiring and motivating young individuals
  • Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
  • Dedicated to upholding the values and objectives of the organization
