Eliot's Adult Community Clinical Services is seeking a dedicated individual to join our integrated team model. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will work closely with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness, providing interventions and supports that focus on rehabilitation, behavioral health needs, and engagement in meaningful daily activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to provide side-by-side interventions, focusing on problem-solving, skills training, and encouragement.
  • Participate in the development of treatment plans, ensuring that interventions are clinically based and person-centered.
  • Support individuals in accessing resources and natural support to achieve their goals, facilitating community integration according to their needs and desires.
  • Assist in the pursuit of services that are culturally competent, strengths-based, and recovery-focused.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work as needed
  • Ability to work with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
