As a Merchandise Coordinator at Sephora, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the merchant team in all aspects of the day-to-day needs of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with brands and assistant merchants to review deliverables and timelines for new product launches, ensuring receipt of on-time and accurate assets and comps.
  • Conducting weekly and monthly reports, including SKU, location, collection, and subclass, and sending out vendor monthly reports.
  • Communicating consistently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing updates to existing product pages with brands to optimize conversion and keep pages up to date.
  • Overseeing comp collection and organization, requesting comps from vendors, organizing comps, and owning them when requested from other departments.
  • Partnering closely with product production teams for all product page and site updates.
  • Assisting in the creative review process for all digital placements within brand portfolios, ensuring accurate product representation across vehicles.
  • Running cross-world weekly and monthly.com reports and completing product sheets to brief site.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, with retail/merchandising experience preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize consistently, accurately, and timely.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity with projects and processes.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to navigate complexities within a corporate setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible in a fast-paced and often-changing environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
