About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Territory Sales Representative to join our team at TruGreen. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in contributing to a high-performing team and helping new and existing customers find the right lawn care maintenance plans.

Responsibilities
  • Use your people skills to help customers find the right lawn care solutions
  • Work with customers to understand their lawn care needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
