Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Air Evac Lifeteam. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales of our emergency air transport services to the local community. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals.

Responsibilities:
Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, community involvement, and collaboration with leadership on marketing programs.
Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow up and management.
Build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers sufficient to achieve sales and company goals/targets.
Close smart business consistent with Air Evac Lifeteam's objectives and practices.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
3 years previous B2C or B2B solutions field sales experience preferred.
Cold calling experience preferred.
Emergency medical transport industry knowledge preferred.
Background and substance screenings will be completed.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
