Job Title: Assistant General Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to support the daily operations of our clinic and staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and building a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in daily operations and staff management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Coach and train staff to meet sales and customer service goals
  • Manage employee schedules, time off requests, and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements:

  • AA (Associate Degree) and BA (Bachelors) preferred
  • Schedule flexibility and availability for nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
