Job Summary

The Assistant Manager is a key member of the store team, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational goals. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in managing sales, operations, and asset protection functions
  • Supervise and train sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining visual merchandising standards
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and developing store associates
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of retail management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Regular attendance and punctuality essential
