We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our global procurement operations and drive strategic sourcing initiatives for UPM Raflatac.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global procurement organization, ensuring effective resourcing and competence development to meet business needs.
- Drive and lead the optimization of the raw material supply chain, including material planning, ordering, and inventory management.
- Coordinate critical global supply cases, ensuring an optimized result for the business.
- Manage the inbound transportation 4PL supplier and related processes and KPIs.
- Coordinate quality and invoicing topics with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive supplier performance and KPIs related to supply performance, in collaboration with category teams.
- Provide guidance and drive development requirements with the development team, ensuring that systems and tools support the needs of the team and business.
