  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue upsell opportunities, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular progress updates and client reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, leveraging your expertise to build trust and confidence in our solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of success in client-facing roles, with a focus on relationship-building and customer advocacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to C-suite audiences
