Front Office Liaison Officer

Responsibilities:
- Greets and welcomes visitors in a professional manner.
- Answers and directs phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manages appointment scheduling and maintains calendars.
- Performs data entry and maintains organized records and files.
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assists with administrative tasks and supports other departments as needed.
- Resolves visitor and client inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or customer service representative are a plus.
