We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as a Front Office Manager at TradeWinds Island Resorts, where you will be responsible for leading the Front Office team and delivering exceptional guest service.
About Our ResortOur resort features three beautiful properties along the Gulf Coast on St. Pete Beach, offering breathtaking views and world-class amenities to our guests.
Job SummaryThe Front Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including managing a team of up to 20 employees, handling guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes, maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional guest service
- Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of professionalism, integrity, and respect for colleagues and guests
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with other departments to achieve common goals
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as occupancy rates, guest satisfaction scores, and employee engagement metrics
$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field; minimum 3 years of front office management experience; excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
