Strategic Business Development Executive

A leading defense technology company, BlueHalo is spearheading the future of global defense. We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Growth Strategy to join our team.
The successful candidate will have 15 years of experience in managing complex programs, overseeing P&L, and leading teams. A bachelor's degree and MBA are preferred. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of commercial and government contracts, as well as experience working with commercial, USG, and IC customers.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $275,000. Our compensation package includes health insurance, life insurance, disability, paid time off, parental leave, 401(k) company match and contributions, professional development/training reimbursements, and other work/life programs.
