About the Role

New Paradigm Projects is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed their sales goals
  • Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Presenting sales reports and forecasts to senior management
