About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of new Workforce Planning tools and experiences at AWS. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights.

This is a highly visible role that will require you to work closely with senior product, program, and engineering leaders to define strategy and requirements, and to be a liaison with customers and peers across other teams in AWS, Recruiting, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Workforce Planning tools and experiences
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and peers across other teams in AWS, Recruiting, and Finance
  • Lead the development of new Workforce Planning tools and experiences, including designing the tools and features powering Amazon Web Services' workforce planning products, programs, and metrics
