About the Role

Leidos is seeking a talented Product Owner to join our team in Arlington, VA. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing the value resulting from the work of the development team on the OM&S contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the technical team and management to maintain accountability for the backlog.
  • Ensure the backlog is transparent, ordered according to the technical team's defined criteria, and contains actionable requests from users and stakeholders.
  • Operate within a scaled Agile/Scrum environment to ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Current Secret level clearance.
  • Ability to apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to Operations, Maintenance, and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).
  • Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of prior relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
