About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at ClimateAi. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving account growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized account plans to drive customer growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
  • Represent customer voice in product design and roadmap discussions, driving innovation and improvement
  • Define and drive processes to scale Customer Success function, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt styles to different audiences
  • Problem-solving skills, with ability to find creative solutions for customers
  • Experience managing fast-paced projects, with ability to adapt and re-prioritize as circumstances change
  • Passion for working to address climate change
