Position: Therapeutic Mentor
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate youth participation in social, recreational, athletic, and creative activities within the community.
- Work collaboratively with service providers, families, and other stakeholders to promote healthy community engagement.
- Execute targeted interventions to support youth and their families.
- Offer transportation and coaching assistance as needed.
- Participate in essential meetings and provide appropriate referrals to additional services.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in youth work.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Familiarity with applicable systems of care.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Capability to engage with culturally diverse groups.
- Basic proficiency in computer and communication tools.
