Licensed Clinical Social Worker

SERV Behavioral Health System is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring behavioral support options for clients diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions as needed
- Collaborate with staff, clients, and families to achieve treatment goals
- Attend treatment team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
- Licensed to practice independently in New Jersey (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD)
- Minimum one year of experience working with youth with I/DD
