Key Responsibilities:

As the Director of Finance for the Physician Practices at Catholic Medical Center, you will lead the monthly financial process for the physician practices, Alliance Ambulatory Services, and other physician contracts.

Under the general direction and supervision of the Executive Director, Finance, and within established policies and procedures and GAAP, you will take a hands-on leadership role in:

  • Ensuring accurate records of wRVU data
  • Serving as a liaison for financial reviews of operating results with Physician Practice departments

Additional Responsibilities:

You will oversee the preparation for all physician annual budgets, including but not limited to:

  • New England Heart and Vascular Institute
  • Primary Care
  • Surgical Care
  • Gastroenterology
  • Urgent Care
  • Hospitalist
  • Independent physician contracts

You will negotiate, prepare, and approve the Hospitalist and other affiliate provider contracts and annual operating budgets, ensuring monthly invoices are consistent with contract terms and approved budgets.

You will develop pro formas for new practices or acquisitions and assist in creating and maintaining organized Fair Market Value (FMV) documentation for all contracted providers in conjunction with the execution of all new employment contracts and contract renewals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 5+ years of Finance or Accounting experience in a large, multifaceted organization required
  • Healthcare leadership strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with financial reporting software, specifically EPSI, is desirable
