Job Summary

As a Technical Support Engineer at Dynatrace, you will be responsible for troubleshooting our platform for clients, working in multiple technical environments and languages throughout the digital ecosystem. This role offers continuous opportunities to learn new technology and grow as a true "technologist".

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot platform issues for clients
  • Work in multiple technical environments and languages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills
  • Provide exceptional customer support and service

Requirements
  • 1+ years of related technical work experience supporting/developing Python or other OOPL based applications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant technical related experience or training
  • 1+ years of experience working with SaaS applications and infrastructure technologies

Preferred Requirements
  • 3+ years of related technical work experience supporting/developing Python based applications
  • Experience with software support and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Python framework(s) (i.e. Django, Flask, etc.)
  • Experience writing and debugging complex Python applications
  • Exposure to Java (JMX and PMI),.NET Development, or other programming languages
  • Experience with database technologies (MS SQL, Oracle, IBM DB2)
  • Exposure to Prometheus scraping
  • Exposure to SNMP
  • Experience with network troubleshooting
  • Relevant industry certification with a focus on Python

Additional Information
This position will work in a 2-day per week Hybrid Schedule from the Denver office. Salary DOE is $80K - $90K, DOE, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO.
