We're currently seeking a Linux System Administrator to join our team in the Ft. Meade, MD area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
  • Configure and manage Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Implement operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
  • Support the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or 4 years of additional related experience.
  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Experience with Linux systems and VMWare.
  • Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Physical Requirements:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.
