Job Title: Program Administrator

The Johns Hopkins Urban Health Institute (UHI) is seeking a highly skilled Program Administrator to support the mission and work of the Institute. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive program planning and implementation, working closely with the Operations Director and Associate Director to accomplish the goals and objectives set forth for programmatic activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and operationalize programs and initiatives, including the Bunting Neighborhood Leadership Program and Community Capacity Building Workshops.
  • Support the teaching processes by managing schedules, communicating expectations and logistics, and preparing and disseminating lesson plans and training materials.
  • Coordinate and track funding opportunities, including the Baltimore Health Equity Impact Grants and UHI-SOURCE Student Grants.
  • Prepare and record documentation for awarded grants, track grant progress, and follow up with grantees as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate on- and off-campus special events, including lectures, workshops, seminars, and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain timelines for all special projects, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Two years related experience.
  • Additional education may substitute for required experience, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,700 - $80,000 Annually ($60,402 targeted; Commensurate with experience). The position is located on the School of Medicine Campus and requires a hybrid schedule.
