Job Summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead our Parts Department. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Success: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, while maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all aspects of the Parts Department, including sales floor, back-of-house, and facility maintenance, meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales and service associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure their success.
  • Merchandising and Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and optimize inventory levels, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and expertise.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in local community events and initiatives to promote the Camping World brand and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a big-box format or equivalent combination and experience.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the company.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer skills, including Windows-based environment, and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
Compensation and Benefits

Camping World offers a competitive salary range of $56,900.00-$83,100.00, plus variable compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and more. Part-time associates are offered access to dental and vision coverage.
