Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance and Accounting Recruiter to collaborate with our dynamic team at BlueSky Resource Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and placing top talent in finance and accounting roles, from entry-level positions to senior leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications and requirements for finance and accounting positions.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and strategies to source high-quality candidates, including online platforms, networking, referrals, and job postings.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, coordinating interviews and managing the selection process.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of exceptional finance and accounting professionals.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay current on industry trends, particularly in hiring and compensation.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Participate in recruitment marketing activities and attend relevant networking events or job fairs.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment metrics, challenges, and successes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the finance and accounting sector.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting roles, skills, and qualifications.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using various recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc.).
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients, with a focus on long-term collaboration.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience recruiting for roles such as Financial Analyst, CPA, Accountant, Controller, and CFO.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) and requirements.
  • Experience with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
