Job Overview: We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-time Recruiter to join our team in Houston. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to align with our company's high standards and values. Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess qualifications and fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews efficiently.
  • Candidate Relationship: Maintain strong candidate relationships, keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
  • Data Management: Maintain organized candidate records in our system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the recruitment team to enhance processes.
  • Reporting: Generate recruitment metric reports for strategy improvement.

Requirements:

  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience (Preferred not required)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
  • Financial services industry experience (Preferred not required)
