About the Role:

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of search and placement services for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire opportunities and talent within the financial services industry. This includes developing talent and client networks, managing the placement process, and ensuring successful conclusions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
  • Analyze hiring needs, determine the best recruiting methods, and craft client-specific and/or role-specific strategic recruiting strategies and client marketing initiatives.
  • Build a talent network of top professionals, passive and active, within a designated industry and professions.
  • Conduct interviews and competency-based evaluations of talent.
  • Assess requirements to ensure proper match, cultural fit, and overall compatibility.
  • Guide clients and talent through the interviewing and hiring process to a successful conclusion.
  • Provide mentorship and facilitate the negotiation process.
  • Stay abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting methodologies.
  • Develop client accounts and generate new business through leads, referrals, and various forms of marketing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruiting and placement activities in appropriate systems of record.
  • Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through participation in professional/trade associations and other professional networking organizations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience within the staffing industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of successful sales experience (preferably in a service industry or verticals of operations/production manufacturing, supply chain logistics, real estate construction, or HR).
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience with premier, mid-to-senior level candidates is a plus.
  • Shown sales attributes and ability to develop new business.
  • Excellent problem-solving, oral/written communication, interpersonal, social, and motivational skills, and the ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
  • Skilled in the art of networking.
  • Knowledge and ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
