Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, a passion for servicing guests with proactive solutions, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Possession of basic working knowledge of alcoholic beverages and food offerings, with the ability to provide recommendations to guests.
