We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Blue Compass RV, a leading RV company with over 100 dealerships across the country. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
  • Provide estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Keep customers apprised of work progress
  • Ability to communicate with customers and internal staff, both verbally and in writing
  • Solid computer system ability and awareness
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred
  • Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience is a plus
  • Previous Automotive experience is preferred
  • Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required
  • Ability to follow department procedures and policies
  • A Valid Driver License is mandatory
