We are seeking a skilled RV Repair Technician to join our team at Blue Compass RV. As a leading provider of RV repair and maintenance services, we offer a unique opportunity for individuals to develop their skills and advance their careers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of RV systems.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and service managers to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow.
  • Document all repairs and maintenance activities in accordance with company standards.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a trade field, such as automotive, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or plumbing.
  • Certification from a college or technical school in a trade field or equivalent work experience.
  • RVTI certification preferred, but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of shop tools and equipment, as well as prior RV technician experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
