About the Role

We are seeking a creative digital-first marketer to join our Ad Sales/Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will work cross-functionally across our brands to produce impactful creative proposals for our advertising partners. You will lead and build capabilities across brands, digital products, and ad/sales marketing, reporting to our Director, Integrated Marketing.

About You

The ideal candidate will blend client objectives with insight-driven creativity, crafting concepts that breathe life into TMB campaigns. You will have experience in creating new ideas and custom experiences that resonate, and be able to productize capabilities from pricing/packaging to developing an effective go-to-market plan for clients. You will have a can-do attitude and be solutions-oriented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the brainstorming and creation of brand proposals, partnering with the sales team to formulate multiplatform integrations with compelling cross-property campaign narratives and storytelling.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Activation, Account Management, and Ad Ops, to ensure creative is seamlessly translated into campaign execution.
  • Contribute to the development of new integrated opportunities that serve as compelling thought-starters for client conversations.
  • Leverage Trusted Media Brand capabilities and customize elements based on RFP and client objectives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience at an agency, media company, or sales organization with experience in pre-sale creative strategy.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of all major social platforms.
  • Familiarity with standard digital audience and social analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

  • Interest in, or passion for, the home, cooking, and DIY space.
  • Client-facing experience presenting and selling ideas to partners.
