Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify and diagnose problems with equipment and implement repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Work collaboratively with the millwright crew to perform general and preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent equipment failure.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in production, operations, and/or maintenance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical equipment and operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
