As a Judicial Liaison Officer, your primary role will be to effectively represent CFCE in dependency court, ensuring that pertinent information regarding the children and families we assist is accurately conveyed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in scheduled court hearings.
  • Acquire necessary court documents and information for hearings or motions.
  • Maintain an organized tracking system for court hearing schedules and staff meetings.
  • Timely file documents with the Clerk's office in accordance with internal protocols.
  • Compile summary reports for case managers regarding case outcomes.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral science field.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • At least two years of experience as a case manager in child welfare, with knowledge of dependency proceedings, court report preparation, and court testimony.
  • Familiarity with FSFN.
  • Understanding of dependency law and legal procedures.
  • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
