Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Beauty Account Executive to join our team in Orange County, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with Regional Sales Manager to execute and exceed annual sales goals.
  • Host weekly in-store events to promote First Aid Beauty products and educate beauty advisors on selling techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management and beauty advisors to drive sales and increase product knowledge.
  • Manage allocated T&E budget and ensure in-store visuals and merchandising standards are met.
  • Submit weekly reports for assigned territory and partner with Senior Account Executive and Regional Sales Manager to build positive relationships in-store with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
  • Previous experience working with skincare sales within the Sephora and ULTA stores.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in the cosmetics industry.
  • Excellent verbal/non-verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience with event planning and execution within a retail environment.
  • Knowledge of skincare ingredients and awareness of product positioning.
  • Previous experience building relationships with store management.
  • Willingness/flexibility to travel up to 20%.
  • Skilled with the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
What We Offer
