We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Beauty Account Executive to join our team in Orange County. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with our Regional Sales Manager to execute and exceed annual sales goals.
- Host weekly in-store events to promote our skincare products and build brand awareness.
- Provide training and support to in-store teams on our products and selling techniques.
- Ensure in-store visuals and merchandising standards are met.
- Manage allocated T&E budget and submit weekly reports for assigned territory.
- A minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
- Previous experience working with skincare sales within the Sephora and ULTA stores.
- 2-3 years of sales experience in the cosmetics industry.
- Excellent verbal/non-verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience with event planning and execution within a retail environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $69,000-$72,000, as well as additional short-term compensation and incentives. Our company is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment and values diversity.
