Requirements
  • Project Management Experience: 1-2 years' experience in managing multiple full lifecycle HRMS, Financials, and/or CRM integrated implementations with strengths in HRMS, including HR, Benefits, and Compensation, and Performance management.
  • Business Applications and Process Optimization: Knowledge of business applications and business process optimization, with a focus on accounting and/or Financial Planning.
  • ERP Experience: Experience with Oracle Financials and/or Workday Financials and other ERP systems.
  • Project Management Skills: Expert project management skills, specifically communication skills, project planning, risk management, and capacity planning.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent spoken and written communication skills, including receptive listening skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a concise and objective manner.
Desired Skills
  • Professional Project Management Credentials: Professional project management credentials, such as PMP.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Business Process Analysis: Background in business process analysis, requirements, design, and quality.
  • Business Partner Relationship: Experience in business partner relationship, business value scorecards, and portfolio management.
