About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our Business Operations team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of our TOLA market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pursuit leads in maintaining sales, opportunity, and staffing data in our systems
  • Facilitate deal review process and governance
  • Support account planning processes
  • Monitor engagement financials and partner with delivery teams to mitigate risks
  • Validate and reconcile consultant time entry
  • Provide metrics and reporting to support account, industry, and market leaders
  • Act as a liaison to the Engagement Management Office and other global services teams to research complex questions and troubleshoot issues
  • Serve as an advisor to business leaders in TOLA, helping them look around corners and anticipate future challenges
  • Maintain operational excellence and advance operational maturity in your market
  • Participate in occasional global initiatives and champion them in your market
  • Actively mentor and coach direct reports
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of professional work experience, preferably in consulting
  • At least 2+ years in a business operations role or in a management consulting role
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong financial aptitude
  • Exceptional analysis skills and the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and multi-task with ease
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, including advanced Excel skills, and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Process design and improvement experience
Preferred Experience
  • Professional services industry experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool and Power BI or similar analytics tool
  • People leadership experience
