Job Title: DDC Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DDC Technical Operations Manager to join our team at CMS Controls. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall management, planning, and implementation of all programming and startup activities on DDC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all programming and startup activities on DDC projects.
  • Lead and train a team of programmers and startup technicians.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with DDC Operations Manager and Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Set goals and objectives for the team and manage performance accordingly.
  • Drive safety within the team and promote a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of DDC Project experience in a technical role.
  • Management experience, including experience managing direct reports.
  • Direct experience with the construction process, including manpower scheduling.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent people and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze project data to find opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong comprehension of plans and specifications for construction projects.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required.
