About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DDC Controls Programmer to join our team at Experis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing building automation systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program and commission Siemens and Distech DDC controls to meet engineered sequence of operations
  • Develop and implement building automation systems that integrate with various building equipment and legacy controllers
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of building automation systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of building automation systems with other building systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in building automation systems
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in DDC controls programming, including integrations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of BAS controls concepts and applications
  • Strong understanding of commercial building mechanical and electrical operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Siemens Controls programming experience, specifically with Talon and/or DXR
  • Tridium AX or N4 certification
  • Experience with Distech BACnet and LonWorks
  • Experience with Web-enabled Building Automation and Integration programming and engineering
