Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing proactive support to the Area VP or Director to help facilitate new sales, management of contracted sales, customer experience scoring, and internal management as the voice of the customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Area VP or Director in the day-to-day management of the customer base, including product performance issues, revenue cycle management, and customer relationship management.
  • Coordinate and gather key information needed to run the business, such as sales forecasts, WIPS, and ad hoc reports.
  • Facilitate effective management communications to all key stakeholders within the business.
  • Manage data accuracy within SFDC.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or a similar field, and/or relevant industry experience.
  • 0-3 years' experience in similar type roles and responsibilities.
  • Strong report writing and analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel 0-15%.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience assisting or driving process improvement projects, such as process redesign, system improvements, and/or service reviews.
  • Experience in dashboard reporting (Power BI) is highly desirable.
  • Background in utility, telecommunications, or underlying technologies beneficial.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, with experience working with and communicating with diverse levels of stakeholders.
Location

This is a hybrid position that will be based out of our Liberty Lake, WA, Raleigh, NC, or West Union, SC office.
