Job Title: Finance Manager

MSAD #51 is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee and manage all financial operations of the school district. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the district's financial activities, including budget development, financial reporting, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the district's financial activities, including budget development, financial reporting, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Oversee the district's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial controls.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to district administrators and the school board.
  • Collaborate with other district departments to ensure effective financial management and planning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management and planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
