Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team at Top Stack. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling various processing tasks, including data entry, financial calculations, and clerical work related to securities and cash transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to process data accurately, and a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in generating system reports and verifying data accuracy is also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Process financial data with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and verify system reports and data proofs.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve team goals.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in data processing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a contract, hybrid position with a rate commensurate with experience.
