The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Freight Flow Lead to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll have a direct impact on the execution of our brand standards and the success of our store.
Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, you'll be the in-store expert for your business or department. You'll be responsible for building and hiring a strong team, observing in-store interviews and department tours, and supporting the development of a people-first culture.
You'll plan, organize, and control daily assignments, game plans, projects, and store events 30 days in advance. You'll strategically leverage your teammates to ensure brand standards are met, programs and processes are executed daily, and tasks are delegated based on priority.
As a Freight Flow Lead, you'll also assist the store leadership team with general supervision, including opening and closing the store, performing Front End and Cash Office functions, and processing firearms sales in compliance with State and Federal ATF regulations.
You'll uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a people-first culture by connecting with every teammate in the store to build mutual trust, respect, and contribute to the strong store recognition culture.
- Plan, organize, and control daily assignments, game plans, projects, and store events 30 days in advance.
- Strategically leverage teammates to ensure brand standards are met, programs and processes are executed daily, and tasks are delegated based on priority.
- Assist the store leadership team with general supervision, including opening and closing the store, performing Front End and Cash Office functions, and processing firearms sales in compliance with State and Federal ATF regulations.
- Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
