Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Steve Madden. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
  • Ensure that all customer service initiatives are in place to address issues quickly and courteously.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and management.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Assist in various store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services.
  • Excellent team-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours.
