Job Summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking an experienced Evaluation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day oversight, management, and coordination for program-level planning, evaluation, knowledge management, and monitoring for grant-funded programs and other AltaMed initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) infrastructure to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Institute and other AltaMed staff to ensure data is collected in the correct format and according to schedule.
  • Develop, plan, and deliver evaluation trainings and technical support for AltaMed staff to ensure evaluation is taking place as planned.
  • Work closely with the Director of Evaluation Design to provide strategic guidance and support for evaluation activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a health care, social services, or public health field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum five years of proven evaluation and project management experience in the nonprofit and/or health care sectors.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred.
